About Remote Work Tools

I have been working remotely since before it was mainstream, and I have tried just about every tool, workflow, and home office setup along the way. Remote Work Tools exists to share what actually works – and what does not – so you can skip the trial-and-error phase.

Every review and guide on this site comes from real usage in distributed teams. When I recommend an async standup format or a specific project management tool, it is because I have used it with a real team and seen the results.
